7.1 To consider a commons report following a recent walk of the commons.
7.2 To consider obtaining legal advice concerning areas of common land in the
parish.

at Hoarwithy.

contractor Beddis Electrical Services for installation of Defibrillator at Ballingham
Village Hall FOC.
9.7 To consider updating the asset register
9.8 To consider replacement of dilapidated noticeboard at St Owens Cross.

10.Parish Council Defibrillators
10.1To consider draft legal document concerning the 2 Defibrillators as property
of The Parish Council

11.1To consider HALC training schedule and book places as appropriate
11.2 Correspondence from Herefordshire Council re Children & Young People’s
showcase event on 7 October at 3pm-6pm at the Shire Hall Hereford
11.3 To consider correspondence from interested party relating to plot of land in
Hoarwithy Parish
